The right browser, set up once
Black Ops is an onion service. A regular browser cannot reach it at all, and the sites that "translate" onions for the regular web put their own server between you and the market. That server sees your traffic, your timing, and eventually your password. So the setup question is mostly: get Tor Browser, and do not over-configure it.
Download
Get it from torproject.org, the only source that matters. Pick the build for your operating system, install it, open it. On the first start it builds its initial circuit, so the first page you load will be slow. That is the browser, not the market.
Leave these alone

Phones
The official Tor Browser for Android opens the market without problems. On iOS the equivalent is Onion Browser; the experience is a little slower and the interface a little tighter, so if you will deposit or withdraw from a phone, log in once first and make sure the 2FA field behaves before you do anything with real money.
